| SOFTWARE / TESTING / CALIBRATION FACILITY |
| Separate Power Calibration setup is available of Class 0.2 – CALSOURCE 200 and Class 0.02 Portable Reference Standard PRS400.3 MTE for calibration of all power products. |
| Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implemented from April 2010 with licensed SAP software for speedy process of inward/request/issue of materials and planning across all the departments. |

| ICD has a detailed Quality Activity Plan for inward Electrical, Electronic components and also for mechanical fittings, panel fabrication & labeling items. |
| Services of External Labs / Agencies / Certification bodies are also taken to verify type test, EMI / EMC testing. |
| Incoming materials are checked using visual inspection and standard testing procedures with traceability by trained QC Engineers and Technical Assistants as per AQL sample. |
| Outgoing products are checked using testing (reference) meters by trained QC Engineers as per AQL sample with reference to specification of the products. |
